New Relic is an application performance monitoring (APM) software tool that allows for real-time analytics and visibility throughout an organization's entire technology stack. Without a PhD in pure nerd speak, it’s basically a magical dashboard that optimizes IT performance. Our creative brief: Translate New Relic’s incredibly powerful product into messaging that would both inspire its staff and capture the imagination of the wider business world (CMO’s in particular).
With New Relic you can spend less time fixing what’s broken, and more time solving what’s next. Suddenly the only problems left are the good ones. Inboxes buried in new business, HR who can’t hire fast enough and the win win decisions of scaling at speed. The concept of ‘Good Problems’ became the creative DNA of a brand film and other print collateral.
